Users data will be shared / processed by a third party (SWS Solutions) acting under your instruction. As part of the service, a booking confirmation email (maximum of two emails) will be sent from our automated system as part of the service. We do not view, use or process this data for any purpose other than providing the service to you and your end users. 

After a booking is created (and confirmed if the options is specified) the booking will be downloaded into Garage Assistant as part of the sync process. You will also receive an email, to the address on your account, summarising this booking. 

By using the booking service, you hereby acknowledge that our systems will send automated notification emails to the email address listed above for each online booking that is made and where appropriate verified by your customers.
